Bourbon features a blend of dark and milk chocolate ganache infused with Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This truffle is marked with a metallic gold luster, and or gold glitter during the holidays.

Cardamom Pistachio is a two-layer truffle with a white chocolate ganache infused with cardamom and a second layer of dark chocolate ganache infused with pistachio, topped with green sparkling sugar.

Cassis

Cassis features a blend of dark and milk chocolate ganache infused with black currant and Creme de Cassis liqueur, topped with a dried blueberry.

Chile Mango is a two-layer truffle with a mango gelee and a second layer of dark chocolate ganache infused with ancho chile, topped with dried mango.

Dark Chocolate features a dark chocolate ganache, topped with dark chocolate sprinkles, and or seasonal patterns.

Eggnog

Eggnog features a milk chocolate ganache infused with eggnog and freshly grated nutmeg, topped with a golden ball.
