Q: What is your best-selling item?

A: Our Fleur de Sel Caramels are our #1 seller! We sell more than double the amount of Fleur de Sel Caramels to any other flavor.

Q: Do you have any vegan items?

A: Our Pistachio Almond is our most popular vegan item. Our Turkish Apricots are another great vegan option, as well as any of our candied fruits and peels dipped in dark chocolate.

Q: What is Gelée?

A: Gelée is a jelly made from fruit.

Q: Do you use gelatin to make your gelée?

A: No. We do not use any gelatin in store. All fruits are thickened with apple pectin.

Q: How should I store my chocolates?

A: Truffles should be kept in a cool, dry place, ideally at a temperature between 55-75°F and out of direct sunlight.

Placing your chocolates in the refrigerator can cause your chocolate to bloom. Chocolate bloom is a haze that shows up on the surface of chocolate. Though chocolate bloom does not affect the flavor, it does affect the visual appeal. If you must refrigerate your chocolates, first place them in a sealable bag. Chocolates should remain sealed in the bag until removed AND brought back to room temperature.
